Sebelum kita bahas lebih lanjut kita harus menyiapkan situs apa saja yang akan kita blokir atau kita cegah pengaksesannya, tentu kita harus tahu alamat situs tersebut. Perlu pembaca ketahui sebenarnya banyak cara untuk memblokir situs yang tidak kita inginkan di komputer kita sendiri. Salah satunya akan kita bahas dibawah ini.
Adapun langkah-langkahnya sebagai barikut:
Pertama-tama kita mesti menyalakan komputernya terlebih dahulu donk.. setelah komputer kita ready (siap kita gunakan) open My Computer Local Disk C. Lalu pilih Windows, system32 bukan twain_32 LHO.. ckckckck....!!
Kemudian cari Drivers lalu klik dua kali folder etc. Setelah etc nya terbuka, buka hosts dengan notepad atau klik kanan open with notepad (jika yang keluar adalah windows cannot open this file maka pilihlah select the program from a list) Open dech dengan notepad … kebuka dunk ..masa ketutup.hi hi hi.. Setelah di buka notepad itu dengan tulisan sebagai berikut :

127.0.0.1 localhost

- Kemudian untuk menonaktifkan web/situs yang tidak diinginkan maka;
- Tulis dibawah 127.0.0.1 localhost dengan nama situs yang kalian ingin blog
contoh : 127.0.0.2 www.yangmaudiblog.com
- Kemudian save, ingatttttt bukan save as.
- Setelah semua proses yang Anda jalankan itu selesai secara otomatis situs yang anda masukkan itu telah di blogkir oleh sistem komputer Anda sendiri.
